1. Jennifer Mueller, age 17 reported she was held captive on Kaine Rosado's bed with 4 belts securing her two ankles & two wrists to the 4 posts of Mr. Rosado's bed. 1.A. Evidence obtained: One cub scout belt wrapped neatly in Mr Rosado's closet. 1.B. Evidence obtained: No clear marks, scraps or skin damage on Ms/ Mueller ankles and wrists

2. Jennifer Mueller, age 17 reported Kaine Rosado threatened Ms. Mueller with a sharp kitchen knife in Mr Rosado's hand. 2.A. Evidence obtained: Several butter knives.

3. Jennifer Mueller, age 17 reported penetration and ejaculation was done a min of three times over a four hour time period. 3.A. Evidence obtained: No semen found. 3.B. Evidence obtained: Rape kit (negative).
